Resolution

40:65-9.2. Resolution The authority for such repair or reconstruction shall be granted by resolution concurred in by at least two-thirds of the entire membership of the governing body reciting that such repair or reconstruction of sidewalk is for the best interest of the residence of such municipality. L.1941, c. 207, p. 606, s. 2, eff. June 14, 1941.
