Municipality may make annual contract for sidewalks

40:65-11. Municipality may make annual contract for sidewalks Any municipality may award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for all sidewalk improvements the municipality may desire to make for a period of one year or less. Such contracts shall be awarded in the same manner as other municipal contracts.
