40:63-124. Maps and proceedings valid despite misrecitals or other mistakes No mistake in naming or omitting to name the owner of lands or real estate in any report, map or proceeding, or in designating the quantity of his or her interest or the nature of his or her estate, or any misrecitals, shall in anywise invalidate any assessment or sale made under this article.
