40:62-8. Joint municipal airports In addition to any and all other powers, the governing bodies of any two or more municipalities may acquire jointly by gift, purchase, condemnation, or any other manner, lands and interest therein for airport purposes, and at the joint expense of such municipalities erect thereon and maintain buildings for these purposes.
