40:62-34.12. Sale of notes; interest rate The $2,000,000.00 to be borrowed by the municipality in 1960 may be obtained at either private or public sale, notwithstanding any other provision of law, at a rate of interest not to exceed 6% per annum. L.1960, c. 2, p. 13, s. 3.
