40:62-34.1. "Municipal convention hall budget" and "municipal radio broadcasting station budget" in municipalities of 60,000 or over The governing body of any municipality having a population of sixty thousand or more operating under the provisions of sections 40:62-27 to 40:62-34, inclusive, of the Revised Statutes shall cause the director in charge of the radio broadcasting station and the municipal convention hall and the manager thereof to prepare a budget for each fiscal year, which budgets shall be designated as "municipal convention hall budget" and "municipal radio broadcasting station budget."
