Water district deemed abandoned when territory formed into two or more new municipalities

40:62-105.44. Water district deemed abandoned when territory formed into two or more new municipalities Whenever the territory included within the bounds of any water district shall have been divided and formed into or made parts of two or more new municipalities and no part of such district remains in the township of which such district when originally formed was a part, such water district shall be deemed to be abolished and the terms of office of the commissioners thereof terminated.
