Paper on which ballots to be printed

40:62-105.16. Paper on which ballots to be printed The ballots shall be printed on plain white paper uniform in size and quality and of such thickness that the printing thereon cannot be distinguished from the back of the paper and without any mark, device or figure on the front or back thereof except as provided in this chapter.
