Referendum; notice and publication

40:61-8. Referendum; notice and publication The municipal clerk shall give public notice of the time, place and object of the special election by advertisement set up at least ten days prior thereto, in at least ten public places in the municipality, and also by publishing it in a newspaper circulating within the municipality, at least ten days prior to the election.
