Lease voided upon violation of terms

40:61-38. Lease voided upon violation of terms Upon the violation of the terms upon which any lease or privilege is granted, the same shall become void and such governing body shall have power to so declare and may re-enter any place so leased and prevent the exercise of any privilege so forfeited.
