40:60-51.10. Applicability of act to sales of land previously made The provisions of this act shall be applicable to sales of such lands heretofore made as well as to those hereafter made and the governing body of the municipality may, by resolution, supplement the previous sale by providing for the removal and reinterment of the bodies at the expense of either the municipality or the purchaser as shall be agreed upon and in any such case after the removal and reinterment has been accomplished the governing body of the municipality, by resolution, may provide for the execution and delivery to the purchaser of an appropriate release of the easement for burial purposes.
