40:60-35. Fee restored to owner to be absolute After the adoption of the ordinance and proposition such vacation or extinguishment shall be and remain valid, and such lands shall, thereafter, be the property of the owner of the fee thereof, free, clear and entirely discharged of and from such dedication or devotion to public use.
