Referendum; notice and publication

40:60-33. Referendum; notice and publication Public notice of the submission of the proposition shall be given by advertisements signed by the municipal clerk of and posted in at least ten public places in the municipality and also published in at least two newspapers printed or circulating in the municipality at least twenty days before the election.
