Encumbrances

40:60-25.10. Encumbrances Any municipality purchasing property pursuant to this act, may take such property subject to leases, mortgages, liens, easements, agreements, covenants, servitudes, liabilities or other encumbrances or claims, and may thereafter settle, adjust and discharge any or all of the same upon such terms and conditions as are agreed on by the municipality and other parties in interest.
