Market commissioner; appointment, term and compensation

40:59-4. Market commissioner; appointment, term and compensation There may be created in each such municipality the office of market commissioner. The market commissioner shall be appointed by the governing body of the municipality and shall hold his office for a term of one year. His salary shall be fixed by the governing body.
