40:56-41.3. Lien; filing of record A record to the effect that the land is subject to the lien of a deferred local improvement assessment shall be filed and maintained in the office of the tax collector or other officer responsible for maintenance of the record of municipal liens. L.1975, c. 341, s. 3, eff. March 3, 1976.
