Effect of mailing notice

40:55D-14. Effect of mailing notice Any notice made by certified mail pursuant to sections 7.1 and 7.2 of this act shall be deemed complete upon mailing. L.1975, c. 291, s. 7.3, eff. Aug. 1, 1976.
