Property exempt from levy, sale.

40:54D-35 Property exempt from levy, sale. 35. Except as otherwise provided in section 17 of P.L.1997, c.273 (C.40:54D-25.1), all property of the authority, except any property which is subjected to a lien to secure any bonds or notes, shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution and no execution or other judicial process shall issue against the same, nor shall any such judgment against the authority be a charge or lien upon its property; provided that nothing herein contained shall apply to or limit the rights of the holders of any bonds or notes to pursue any remedy for the enforcement of any pledge or lien.
