Government entity may convey property

40:54D-33. Government entity may convey property 33. Any government entity, notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, is authorized to lease, lend, grant or convey to the authority at its request upon the terms and conditions as the governing body or other proper agencies of the government entity may deem reasonable and fair and without the necessity for any advertisement, order of court or other action, other than the authorizing resolution or other formal action of the government entity, any real property or personal property or interest therein which may be necessary or convenient to effectuate the purposes of the authority, including any convention center buildings and structures or other real property already devoted to such purposes.
