Maintenance of projects.

40:54D-23 Maintenance of projects. 23. Any convention center facility or other tourism project of the authority shall be maintained and kept in the condition and repair as the authority determines, or the bond covenants require. A project or any part thereof may be policed and operated by employees and other persons as the authority may employ or authorize. L.1992,c.165,s.23; amended 1997, c.273, s.11.
