40:5-2.10c. Nonprofit hospital for health related community services; voluntary contributions The governing body of a county or municipality may make voluntary contributions to a public or private nonprofit hospital for any health related service contributing to the health, education, welfare, or safety of the community. L. 1985, c. 79, s. 1, eff. March 14, 1985.
