Hearing to persons interested

40:49-20. Hearing to persons interested At the time and place so stated in such publication, or at any time and place to which the meeting or the further consideration of the ordinance, map and report, shall from time to time be adjourned, all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the ordinance, map and report, and to file objections in writing to any of them.
