40:48-9.14. Appropriations by municipality authorized 2. The governing body of any municipality may annually appropriate funds in support of the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Foundation in support of the development, construction and maintenance of the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial at the Garden State Arts Center.
