Exemption from regulation and jurisdiction of board of public utility commissioners

40:48-4.8. Exemption from regulation and jurisdiction of board of public utility commissioners Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law of this State to the contrary, contracts for passenger service for senior citizens pursuant to this act and the amount of reduced fares thereunder shall not be subject to regulation by and the jurisdiction of the Board of Public Utility Commissioners, and such service and reduced fares shall not be considered unjust, unreasonable, or unduly preferential to any person or particular description of traffic.
