40:48-2.45. Effect of act upon section 40:48-2.39 Nothing in this act shall affect the authority of a municipality to acquire and retire licenses pursuant to P.L.1966, chapter 317. L.1968, c. 277, s. 6, eff. Sept. 4, 1968.
