40:43-66.45 Membership of joint municipal consolidation study commission. 11. The membership of a joint municipal consolidation study commission formed pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1977, c.435 (C.40:43-66.35 et seq.) shall consist of five members from each participating municipality.
