Division into wards

40:43-15. Division into wards If the newly created municipality be one that is, by the general laws governing it, required to be divided into wards, the county board of elections shall have all the power of a governing body and shall take the necessary proceedings to have the same so divided, in the first instance, in the manner provided in this subtitle.
