Chairman and vice-chairman; selection

40:41A-39. Chairman and vice-chairman; selection At its organizational meeting each January the board shall select one of its members to serve as chairman and one as vice-chairman for the year. L.1972, c. 154, s. 39, eff. Sept. 19, 1972.
