40:41A-102. Recording of ordinances and resolutions The clerk to the board of freeholders shall record all ordinances and resolutions adopted by the board and at the close of each year, with the advice and assistance of the county counsel shall compile or codify true copies of all the ordinances and resolutions adopted during that year, properly indexed. He shall cause such copies thereof to be printed as the county governing body may require. A copy of the codified ordinances and resolutions shall be transmitted to each municipality within the county, upon request and without charge, and to any member of the general public, upon request and at cost.
