Bond anticipation notes; sale; report

40:37B-19. Bond anticipation notes; sale; report All bond anticipation notes may be sold at private sale pursuant to resolution of the authority, or by its treasurer expressly designated by resolution to sell such notes. The treasurer making any such sale shall report in writing to the authority at the next meeting thereof as to the principal amount, interest rate, and maturities of the notes sold, the price obtained and the name of the purchaser.
