40:37A-89. Filing of copy of bond resolution Each authority shall file a certified copy of each bond resolution adopted by it in the office of the Division of Local Government in the Department of the Treasury, together with a certified summary of the dates, amounts, maturities and interest rates of all bonds to be issued pursuant thereto prior to the issuance of any such bonds. Upon the adoption of each annual budget of an authority or amendment thereof, a certified copy thereof shall be filed forthwith in the office of said Division of Local Government.
