Act as complete authority for issuance of bonds

40:37A-68. Act as complete authority for issuance of bonds This act shall be complete authority for the issuance of bonds by an authority, and the provisions of any other law shall not apply to the issuance of such bonds. L.1960, c. 183, p. 747, s. 25, eff. Jan. 18, 1961.
