Discrimination; prohibition; violations; penalty

40:37A-133. Discrimination; prohibition; violations; penalty No person shall be discriminated against, because of race, religious principles, color, national origin or ancestry, by the authority or any qualified housing sponsor or any agent or employee thereof in connection with any housing project or mortgage loan. Any person who shall be found guilty of violating the provisions of this section shall be a disorderly person and subject to a fine of not less than $500.00 or more than $2,500.00.
