Continuation of incumbent commissioners in office

40:37-97.1. Continuation of incumbent commissioners in office Members of any county park commission governed by sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of the Revised Statutes in office on the effective date of this act shall continue as members of such commission for the terms for which they were appointed.
