Submission of adoption of act to voters

40:37-95.33. Submission of adoption of act to voters The question of the adoption of the provisions of this act, in the form set forth in section 4 hereof, shall be submitted to the legal voters of any county which has heretofore or hereafter shall adopt the provisions of chapter 276 of the laws of 1946, at the next general election succeeding the passage hereof or at the general election at which the adoption of said chapter 276 of the laws of 1946 shall be submitted, whichever shall first occur. L.1954, c. 247, p. 908, s. 3. 40:37-95.34. Ballots There shall be printed on each official ballot to be used at such general election, the following: If you favor the proposition printed below make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square opposite the word "Yes." If you are opposed thereto make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square opposite the word "No." "Shall a supplement to "An act concerning county parks, playgrounds, and recreation Yes. places, and supplementing chapter 37 of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes' (P.L.1954, c. ), providing No. for the issuance of park bonds for land and improvements not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of $3,000,000.00 be adopted?" In any county in which voting machines are used, the question shall be placed upon the official ballots to be used upon the voting machines without the foregoing instruction to the voters and shall be voted upon by the use of such machines without marking as aforesaid.
