Transfer of municipal parks and streets to county park commission

40:37-241. Transfer of municipal parks and streets to county park commission Any municipality within the county and any board in such municipality, having control of the parks or streets therein may, with the consent of the park commission, transfer the care, custody and control of any park, public place or street under its care or control to the commission for the purpose of sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of this title.
