40:37-173. Delivery of copy of statement and certificate to board of freeholders; appointment of commissioners If the provisions of sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 of this Title shall have been adopted at such election the county clerk shall within 5 days after the filing of his tabulated statement and certificate, deliver a certified copy thereof to the clerk of the board of chosen freeholders of such county, who shall report the receipt of said statement and certificate to the board at its next meeting, and within 10 days thereafter the board shall appoint the park commissioners herein provided for.
