Pension to parents

40:37-167. Pension to parents In case such deceased member leave no widow and no children under the age of 18 years him surviving, the pension shall be paid to his dependent parent or parents. Amended by L.1955, c. 195, p. 773, s. 9, eff. Aug. 4, 1955.
