Money paid to park authorities

40:37-15. Money paid to park authorities The amount so declared and raised by taxation shall be paid over to and expended by the commission, board, or other authority in the county, which shall, at the time of taxation, be duly authorized to control and maintain such public parks or park system, including the roads or parkways built in connection therewith.
