Powers to county cultural and heritage commission

40:33B-9. Powers to county cultural and heritage commission The governing body of any county in which there is established a county cultural and heritage commission pursuant to P.L. 1968, c. 31 (C. 40:33A-1 et seq.), and in which no county historical commission is established pursuant to this act may, by ordinance or resolution, as appropriate, vest in the county cultural and heritage commission all the powers, duties and functions exercised by a county historical commission pursuant to this act.
