40:33-13.2n Rules, regulations. 11. The State Librarian, with the approval of the President of Thomas Edison State College is authorized to promulgate, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as it deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1981,c.489,s.11; amended 2001, c.137, s.50.
