Penalties for violation of resolutions

40:24-2. Penalties for violation of resolutions The board of chosen freeholders may prescribe penalties for the violation of any resolution it may have authority to pass, either by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding ninety days or by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars, or both.
