Appropriations to Civil War organizations; purposes

40:23-8. Appropriations to Civil War organizations; purposes Any county may make appropriations to a post of the Grand Army of the Republic, and if there be no such post in the county it may make appropriations to any camp of Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, for the proper observance of memorial and other patriotic holidays.
