40:23-6.44. Rules and regulations by director of division on aging The Director of the Division on Aging shall issue and promulgate rules and regulations for the proper control and management of activities of the county offices on aging, for the certification of persons to hold the position of executive director and for the administration of grant funds available for the purposes of this act, and may issue and promulgate such other rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act.
