Executive director; appointment; qualifications

40:23-6.41. Executive director; appointment; qualifications The board of chosen freeholders shall appoint an executive director, who shall be a person qualified by training and experience to direct the work of such office, to administer the work of the county office on aging. L.1970, c. 248, s. 4, eff. Jan. 1, 1971.
