40:23-6.2. Camp for undernourished and underprivileged children; commission or board When the board of chosen freeholders has determined to establish a camp for undernourished and underprivileged children of the county and has acquired a site therefor and has awarded contracts for the necessary buildings and improvements thereon, or has resolved to maintain, establish a camp for undernourished and underprivileged children of the county, as provided in this chapter, a commission or board shall be constituted and appointed.
