40:20-74.4. Publication of resolution upon passage Upon passage, every such resolution, together with a notice of the date of passage or approval, or both, shall be published at least once in a newspaper published in the county, or, if there be no newspaper published in such county, then in a newspaper of general circulation, circulated in such county.
