Submission at general election

40:20-14. Submission at general election The question of the adoption or rejection of sections 40:20-2 to 40:20-19 of this title may be submitted to the voters at an election for members of the general assembly, on petition signed by at least one thousand legal voters of the county filed with the county clerk at least twenty days before the election.
