Cumulative and concurrent rights and remedies

40:14B-47. Cumulative and concurrent rights and remedies All rights and remedies granted by this act for the collection and enforcement of service charges shall be cumulative and concurrent. L.1957, c. 183, p. 669, s. 47, eff. Aug. 22, 1957.
