40:14-6 Work done by contract. 40:14-6. All work to be done pursuant to the provisions of chapter 14 of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes (R.S.40:14-1 et seq.), shall be by contract let to the lowest responsible bidder after advertisement for bids in accordance with the provisions of the "Local Public Contracts Law," P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-1 et seq.). Amended 2008, c.52, s.21.
